Refund Policy: 

Eligibility: We accept refund requests for products purchased directly from our website (www.polismorganic.com) within 2 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition. 

Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please follow these steps: 

Contact our Customer Service team at hello@polismorganic.com within the 2-day period. 

Provide your order number, the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the refund request.

Our Customer Service team will guide you through the return process and provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) if your request is eligible. 

Once we receive and inspect the returned products, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

Non-Refundable Items: We do not offer refunds for the following items: 

Opened or used products – Gift cards – Damaged – Broken

Cancellation Policy:

Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@polismorganic.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not been processed or shipped. Once an order is processed, cancellation may not be possible. 

Refund for Cancelled Orders: If your order is successfully cancelled before processing, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

 

Refund for Out-of-Stock Items: In the event that an ordered item is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled, a refund for the specific item will be processed, and you will be notified via email.
